Refund policy

At Lexora, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy and fair to return or exchange your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required

2. Return Timeframe

Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 8 to 10 DAYS REFUND PROCESSING TIME after the returned item is received and approved

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary and are outside our control

4. Exchange Options

We’re happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Color variations

  • Defective or damaged items

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit (if applicable).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Innerwear, intimate apparel, or personal-use items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned in used, washed, or damaged condition

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are COVERED BY US

  • If the return is due to a Lexora error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
